Today after work, me and a couple of friends flew the Comanche down to Jack Holland's place, where my wings are, to retrieve my flaps.  There is an area on the flaps that needs to be trimmed, and it'll never get done unless I have them in my garage.  It was a nice day, and another tailwheel session was cancelled due to winds, so we did this instead.

When I got home, Brit was out at the club, so I worked for a bit in the garage.  I decided today that I will replace the F-719L auxiliary longeron that has the holes that are too close together for the rudder pedal bar bushings.  Here's what I'm talking about.  The two holes in the middle are WAY to close, and come to find out, the one to the left of the pair is oblong.  So, my second order for parts of the whole project is on it's way.

Back to work in progress...I cleco'd the 772 bottom skin back on, and started work on the floor stiffeners F-772B-L/R.  The middle ones get clamped in place for easy drilling.  I made the centerline marks on all four, and made a notch in the forward web of the middle ones to clear a firewall stiffener.

Then they were clamped for drilling.

The outboard stiffeners were a little more difficult to drill by myself, but I made good use of some duct tape, and had no problems with getting these drilled as well.

Quite a bit more than I thought I'd get done tonight!
