Guess what? Yep, it's STILL hot here. I'll stop complaining...it's better than ten degrees with a wind chill of -5. I finished the left landing light mount tonight. I started with the flat piece, marked and cut the bulb hole, then bent the tabs and prepped the stiffener angles.
Then I marked each rivet hole for the stiffeners to attach and drilled, dimpled, deburred, and riveted those on.
Then I made the brackets to hold the bulb in place, installed the bulb, and drilled out the mount attach holes in the tabs on both lights. DONE!
And I now have two landing lights! Sweet!
