Tonight was leak test night!  I used one of the method's recommended by Van's with a hand air pump and a balloon as a safety valve, and soapy water to make bubbles where there is a leak.  The glove sticking out of the filler cap is there to seal it just a bit better without using tape to cover it.  Here's the setup-

I'm happy to report that one tank is leak free (in fact it was still holding a little air pressure a half hour after I rinsed the tank off!), and the other has two minor leaks...one at the corner of the rear baffle, and the other at the sender unit.  Easy to fix those.  Here's a couple of pics of the leaks-

I'm really happy with the tanks, even though I have a couple of small leaks.  At least I don't have to fix anything INSIDE the tank, like nose rib rivets...
