Update from 11/11/2010...
The fuel sender and rear baffle on the left tank ended up leaking. I ended up having to cut holes in the rear baffle to re-seal the baffle from the inside, and also removed the rubber gasket from the sender unit in order to update it to the newer style, thinner rubber gasket. Looks like this now...
You can also see the new gray sealant that was extra that I smeared on the outside of the baffle rivet line. All seems to be well now, but the sealant job I did initially did not work properly. The new sender gasket (also note gaskets under the screw heads now) is a MUCH better solution than the thick one that came with the unit.
Just a quickie tonight to seal the two leaks I had from last night, and cleco the right tank to the spar.
