Got a quick hour in today. I finished figuring out the size and shape of the flap actuator hole. Using drill bits and my Dremel, the hole came to shape by trial and error fitting the actuator arm.
I haven't run in to any problems thus far with the manual flap weldment. Everything is falling in to place as it is supposed to. Still have to figure out the notched arm, but the right flap works perfectly!
