I almost didn't consider this as "build time", but it is getting something done. It took all of fifteen minutes, and is all I had time for today, but I did get the battery box painted.

Other than that, the only other items to make note of, is more firewall forward items arrived yesterday. The UPS man was good to me on my birthday! I got my order in from AERO In Stock, which consists of all new seals, gaskets, and cylinder hold down bolts for putting the engine back together.
In another box, I received my second attempt at rocker box covers, and these are a WINNER! They look fantastic! These are new stock, freshly plated that I nabbed off of Ebay for $43!! BTW...the LOT of 12 that I bought for $27, I sold in three sets of four for $44. I'm $1 ahead, and I still have the four that will come off the engine to sell.
And lastly...the BIG box of the day was my exhaust from Vetterman. This is the four-in-to-two system that is most popular among RVer's.
Daily UPS deliveries...I think I'm on that "slippery slope to completion..."
