We had one heck of a first snow storm overnight last night thru this morning, and I left work early today...there was NOTHING going on, so I thought I'd head home to get some house work done and then get in the shop for a bit.  I still had a bunch of grinding to do on the epoxy between the eyelets on the hinges.  So I donned the respirator and hearing protection, and fired up the Dremel.  That took a solid hour.  Then I ran the pins in to the tip-side hinge to clear out anything that ended up in the eyelets.  After that it was time to fit the tips to the wings.  The moment of truth...

THEY FIT!!  One out of the four hinges was slightly difficult, but not enough to worry about.  I did use a cordless drill to run the pins in.  They are much easier to get to the front while spinning.

Next step is to get the close out ribs ready to install.  I think I'm going to mod these a little since I have the foam rib in there.  The close out ribs are plenty long enough to cut off a little bit towards the front.

My Delrin block should be here in the mail soon, so I should be able to get these things wrapped up in the next few days.
