2/16/2009 Short night tonight...I started working on the transponder wiring harness. It's actually pretty simple to make this harness. After reading the 320A install manual, and asking a couple questions on the Stratomaster Yahoo User group, I realized it's a simple matter of matching up the codes on each Dsub connector. To start, I cut twelve wires of equal length. There will be a couple more wires needed, but these are the one's that go between the 320A and the Enigma. The wires get Dsub pins and sockets...these things-
Here are the ends of the wires after crimping one of each on each end of the wires, and the two Dsub connectors.
There are two black wires for ground, and the rest are for the Gillman code interface for Mode C operation. I'll label each one of those wires next time. Here's the harness...not yet a true harness since they aren't yet wrapped together...
