First things first...my Saber prop extension arrived today!  This is an almost new extension that came off my Rivetbanger buddy Dave's RV-4, after he had sold it to a west coast -4 builder with a two blade Catto prop attached to it...he found out he needed a 2.25" spacer...this one is 4" for my SJ cowl.  It only has a few hours on it, and I got it for over $100 less than a new one from Saber costs.  I still need the crush plate, but there's no need for that quite yet since my prop isn't here.

It also came with new bolts...this was a good buy!

Tonight I worked on the wiring drawings a bit more.  Didn't get very far before I confused myself, but I did save a couple of them as jpeg files to post 'em up in the log here...

This is the Master drawing that I use for modifying and "Save As" files (see below this pic).  It's drawn to scale with each dot representing one inch...although, the firewall to flywheel distance is not to scale.  Everything else from the width of the cabin to the space between the panel, sub-panel, and firewall is accurate.  The black boxes are the fuse blocks.

So, here's an example of one component drawn out.  It's not complete yet, but with the program, the files are always work in progress files.  This is the Monroy ATD-200 traffic detector...

The wire route (example, not verified yet) is now shown with wire runs to the ground block, and to the endurance buss.  Each component will have it's own page with the route shown, and distance of the run.  Pretty cool I think!  I thought I had a pretty good idea of how all this stuff was gonna work, but I still get confused after working on it for a while.  It'll come with practice...
