I made a mistake, and I'm gonna suck it up, and tell you about it.  I don't know why or where I got the idea that I needed one of the thick aluminum washers for the bulkhead fitting for the flop tube, but I put one in, sealed it to the tank, closed up the tank, and found out just the other day that I had NO WHERE NEAR the amount of threads I need to get the B nut on to hold the fuel line.  Well the only solution was to remove the sealed access plate, remove the sealant around the nut holding the bulkhead fitting on, and remove the sealed washer from the inside of the tank.  It was a pain, but didn't really take too long to remove.  I have to re-seal the flop tube bulkhead fitting and the access plate and screws now, but it's right.  I had thoughts of taking a short cut by grinding the B nut down, but that's covering up a problem that could potentially be hazardous down the road for some reason.

Here is the washer that I'm talking about-

Again, I don't know why I put it there.  I went back and looked over the plans and couldn't find it anywhere.  Anyway, it's getting fixed, and it'll be done right.
