Today felt longer than yesterday, but my actual time spent working was less...whatever. All I really did today was work on the seatback braces. I started by trimming the ends as you see here.
Then they were marked for drilling, and I drilled the hinge to them.
Here are a couple pics of them in place with the seatbacks.
The only other thing I touched on today was to put a pop rivet in place on the side rail. I was holding out on this to see if I could figure a way to get a solid in there, but I don't want to shoot and buck it since it's already painted. No big deal here, but it sticks out like a sore thumb. I'm gonna have to figure a way to hide it.
The rest of the time was spent lightening the seatback braces. I'll reveal this later... ;o)
