7/16/2007 Well, it's Monday. I already want this week to end...probably because Oshkosh is next week! I'm feeling a little burnt out on the build right now, but I'm trying to persevere through it... Tonight I finished the "lightening" of the seatback braces... :o) Then I moved on to the forward section covers. Oh, before I started those, I cleaned up and primed the forward wing/tank attach bracket. I've been meaning to do this for a while, and they caught my eye tonight.
Anyway, I deblued and deburred the F-782C and the F-982C/D parts first, then clamped the F-982D baffle to the 782C cover and drilled it.
Just for the picture, I cleco'd the F-982E cover in place. Next, I disassembled this stuff, deburred it, dimpled where necessary, dimple a few platenuts, then riveted the stuff together.
Three hours is enough for a Monday evening... 3.0 hours |
