Lot's of pics again tonight!  The covers for the fuel lines are a pain.  I don't know exactly where in the instructions it tells one to fit and drill these, but I'm doing them here because it seems the place most other builders are doing it.  I started by fitting the F-7114 gussets in the corners.  There is a rivet that interferes with the gusset on both sides.

So, I trimmed each gusset until it fit like this-

Here's a shot of the gusset in place with the hardware store bolts holding it in place for drilling thru the side skins.

And after I drilled the 3/16th holes for the bolts.

Inside-

Outside-

Then I fit the F-782D's that I made to the skin, and drilled and cleco'd those.  These suck to get installed because there is no way to clamp it in position, plus you only drill thru the 7101 piece, and NOT the skin.  There is 1/8th of an inch of space in-between before you hit the outside skin.  Use a drill stop.

Then I cleco'd the F-782A's in place to drill the holes to the 782D's for screws.

The side angles (F-782D) get trimmed to allow the fuel lines to come thru the angle and cover.

You can see my holes for the platenuts are right up against the vertex in the angle on the one on the left, but I think I can shave a bit off the platenut to make it fit right.  It's just to hold the screws in place for the cover...not a big deal here, I just missed the mark by an eighth or so.
