C-sunk screw holes, dimpled aft skin, tapped roll bar, repainted July 6th Installed cabin heater valve, installed missing platenut in baggage bulkhead July 7th Drilled canopy side skirts July 8th Deburred, dimpled, and countersunk canopy skirts and rails July 12th Installed forward canopy (50%), installed heater valve July 14th Finished heater valve install, finished canopy screws July 15th Installed canopy lugs, top handle, and lift handle July 16th Made and installed canopy guides, re-made roll bar side spacers July 19th Sealed canopy to rear ribs, started on the front windscreen fairing July 20th Fiberglassed the windscreen in place July 21st Started sanding... July 22nd ENGINE ARRIVES! July 24th Smeared on micro balloons July 26th Sanded the micro, laid down second layer July 27th Sam James induction kit and cowl are here, sanded the second (last) layer of micro July 29th-August 2nd Oshkosh!
