Tonight I worked on getting the fastener tab made for the bottom of the bottom cowl to the firewall. I cut a strip of .032 at work today, and started tonight by drilling it, and a shim to the firewall.
After a couple of visitors came by, I got back to work, and got the cowl drilled and cleco'd to the tab with #19 cleco's for the #8 screws that I will use there.
Since I don't need all that material there, I marked out areas that will get trimmed...every ounce counts! No pic of that though...I didn't cut it tonight, but will in the morning.
