6/12/2006 Great work night tonight! My dad came over again to buck the inner ribs on the left tank. All the rivets were wet installed, and the bucking job was excellent!! Nice work dad! The pic on the left is how I rigged up the tank to stay in place.
Here are both tanks brought up to speed to match one another after the cleanup session.
I decided to go ahead and get the inboard and outboard ribs fay sealed and installed with clecos so I can set those rivets tomorrow night. The rest of my week after tomorrow is filled up. But, before I did that, I decided to cut the little clip that holds the vent line a little shorter so that it will hold the tube to the highest point in the tank. It's a little crude, but it will work.
We thought it was time for me to step in to another picture, so Brit came out to be my photographer again.
