Tonight I prepped the remaining stuff on the right tank to get it ready for final sealing, and closure.  The T-405 nose reinforcement needed a little more shaping here as well.  Did that and cleco'd it in place.  Then I installed the snap bushings for the vent line.

Then I drilled the hole in the inboard rib for the vent line fitting, and cut the tubing to approximate length.

The right tank will have the normal pick up tube, and the fuel sender gets mounted to the inspection plate T-408.  I countersunk that for the platenuts that are installed to hold the sender unit.  Then set the rivets in the platenuts, and loosely put it all together.  I made the bend in the float unit, installed it, and put the pick up tube on, but didn't get a pic of that.

I will take the pick up tubes to work tomorrow to comply with the SB for safety wiring (I need a quick refresher lesson on safety wiring), and take the vent tubes to flare them.
