June 2006 Wings June 1st Sealed and riveted filler neck, started on nose doubler June 4th Cleco'd tanks ribs in June 5th Started sealing/riveting tank ribs June 6th Fay sealing method for tank ribs June 7th More tank rib sealing/riveting June 10th Other tank, fay sealed ribs, made "trap door" for flow to flop tube June 12th Riveted tank ribs, fay sealed inner ribs June 13th Finished sealing/riveting ribs! June 18th T-405 angle and doubler, installed the flop tube in the left tank June 19th Prepped right tank for closing, SB's for vent line, installed sender June 20th Installed right pick up tube, sealed/riveted T-405, covered shop heads with sealant June 21st Left T-405, started on left sender mount June 22nd Done with rib sealing! June 24th Sealed flop tube, ran vent lines, rear baffle sender mount doubler installed on left side June 25th Senders installed, Z brackets installed/sealed, baffles installed/sealed, TANKS COMPLETE! June 26th Removed leading edges from spars, put in cradles, started wing skin deburring June 27th Deburred wing skins June 28th Installed T-411 access plate on left tank
