June 2007 Fuselage June 2nd Tipped the canoe!! June 3rd Leveled fuselage fore and aft/side to side, drilled 714 aft deck to longerons June 4th Riveted aft deck to longerons, fixed a rub on the 706 bulkhead June 6th Riveted F-709 bulkhead to aft deck, made trims on side rails June 7th Finished F-721B trims, made one F-757T June 10th Finished F-757T's, made F-695 gussets, fit F-636 seatbelt anchors, started F-635 bellcrank June 11th Drilled F-635 bellcrank holes to final size, made F-635C bushings June 13th Riveted F-757T's, F-721B side rails, and F-695 gussets June 14th Brought wings back home, riveted F-728B to F-728A channel, and riveted it in place June 15th No building today, but I got my tires and tubes, and I played panel maker, for real...sort of June 18th Riveted bearing to elevator bellcrank, drilled bulkhead gussets June 19th Finished riveting the 706 center brace, riveted F-656 gussets, fit rear top skin June 23rd Drilled rear and forward top skins in aft fuselage June 24th Finished drilling skins, deburred, dimpled skins and structure June 26th Drilled and dimpled forward top skin, installed rudder cables June 27th Remade top J stringers June 28th Dimpled top J stringers, cleco'd top skins back on June 30th Installed rear baggage side skins and baggage floors
