March 2007 Fuselage March 1st Cleco'd aft lower fuselage together for drilling March 3rd Drilled J channels (not all holes), flanged the 711 and 712 bulkheads to match skins March 4th Finished drilling the aft fuselage March 5th Deburred tailcone parts March 6th Dimpled tailcone parts March 8th Prepped, primed, and painted aft tail section parts, primed J channels March 9th Started clecoing tailcone back together, riveted 711, 712, and WD409 March 10th Started riveting the tailcone March 11th Riveted 773 side skins to J channels and bulkheads March 12th Made some workshop changes, riveted 712 to skins, started center section with F-916C spacers March 13th Made two more F-716B's, prepped seat ribs, cut out top of rib for controls March 17th Worked on the little plates for the inboard ribs March 18th Seat ribs, baggage ribs, bottom center skin March 19th Tapped seat rib platenuts, made wood spar spacers March 20th Remade wood spacers, drilled 704H's and 776 skin to 704 March 22nd Disassembled center section, deburred parts March 24th Started dimpling, primed seat and baggage ribs March 25th Primed/painted some parts, started riveting seat ribs to 704B, made a big mistake March 26th Riveted 705 bulkhead to seat and baggage ribs March 27th Torque'd seat rib bolts, riveted 776 bottom center skin, attached 704 forward half March 29th Cleco'd baggage and seat skins to ribs, drilled holes March 31st Fit F-715 side ribs to center section, drilled flap bearing brackets
