I'm not sure how or why this happened, but several of the screw holes around the role bar have spider web-looking cracks around them. I can't tell that they are certainly cracks, but they don't appear to go very far (1/8" at the most). The weird thing is the screws are barely tight because I used Loctite on the threads. I'm wondering if the Loctite reacted a bit with the plexi...have to keep an eye on that. They are kind of visible in the pics below...
Anyway, I sealed the rear glass with some black caulking. It looks gray in the pics from the flash, but it's black.
Other than that, I drilled the side spar covers to #30 for the LP4-3 blind rivets, and deburred the holes.
