Tonight was a repetitive night.  First, I removed the tanks from the spar...again.  The baffle needed to have several clecos installed to stiffen the tank up a bit, then I countersunk all the holes in the tank skins along the span wise row of holes where the baffle attaches to the skin.  The rivet shown in the pic on the left is not set, I just used it to gauge the holes.

Then I drilled the tank attach screw holes to #19.

After this was done (very repetitive with the heavy cordless drill, which I used for the slow speed and high torque), I started on the stiffeners for the tank skins.  Here they are as they come from Vans...

...and here they are as they sit now.  They are all rough cut with the snips.  I'll smooth 'em out tomorrow.

I'm quite glad to have those holes countersunk!  After the stiffeners are smoothed, the tank comes completely apart.  Put it together, take it apart...
