5/16/2006 Tonight was easy compared to the countersinking done last night. I smoothed and deburred all the tank stiffeners, and then disassembled the tanks after marking the parts.
With the tanks disassembled, the stiffeners get cleco'd to the bottom tank skin. This is out of order a bit, but it seemed to work best this way, and I think I took one disassembly of the tank out of the plans.
After clecoing, they get final drilled to #40, and then I marked the stiffeners for each tank for easy placement after deburring.
