May 2007 Fuselage May 1st Finished drilling the floor stiffeners, drilled baggage side ribs to skin May 4th Drilled aft baggage side panels to ribs, worked on finishing drilling May 5th Misc. stuff before starting the 'laundry list', worked on flap handle May 7th Misc. stuff, fixed flap part May 9th Made new left auxiliary longeron, removed skins May 10th Disassembled forward section skeleton, began deburring May 12th Deburred parts May 13th Removed center section, flipped tailcone, removed longerons May 14th Deblued/deburred parts May 15th Finished deburring parts May 16th Countersunk and dimpled May 19th Finished all dimpling and countersinking May 21st Primed and painted some stuff, misc. prep work on forward section May 22nd Riveted side seat ribs to skin, misc. riveting and painting May 24th 'Pre-Riveted' 704 side plates to skins, cleco's side skins back on May 25th FW and structure back in place, made arm rest stiffeners May 27th Riveted arm rest stiffeners, started riveting forward fuselage May 28th Bottom skin cleco'd back on, lots of miscellaneous riveting May 29th Piddling around, messing around, little stuff, set a couple of blind rivets May 30th Riveted side seat ribs to skins, riveted bottom skin on May 31st Finished up tail cone riveting, riveted longerons from 705 to 902
