Brit had a Mary Kay thing at the house tonight, so I made my exit and went to the hangar! I did get the AHRS unit mounted tonight after I riveted the mount to the 706 center support, but I'm not done with it yet. I am going to have to put lightweight angle on the mount to the 706 gussets to keep it from vibrating. Up and down it's solid, but left and right it'll vibrate like crazy...
I didn't have the angle to make those braces tonight, so I moved back up to the rudder trim. Last night I installed the horns, and tonight I got the pulley handle installed. The arrow shows where the wire will go from the spring to the handle.
At this point, I had been watching a great lightening show off to the west, and with it being dark and not knowing what is coming, I called it a night, and headed home...
