Boring night of drilling tonight. I did get the 1/2" strips of .042 cut at work today and deburred them when I got home tonight. Then I cut them to the correct length...
...and matched them to the hinge and cut them to the proper length. Next I clamped the shim and the hinge to the wing to match drill the holes and cleco as I went along.
Lots of cleco's! That means lots of deburring will happen soon...
