Tonight I finished the AOA probe installation. The bracket was riveted to the inspection plate, and then the probe was bolted to the bracket.
Then I connected the plastic tubing to the High and Low port fittings, and then roughly measured the probe at a 50 degree angle as a starting point, and cleco'd the plate the wing. I need to figure out a way to secure the tubing as it runs thru the wing ribs before I screw the plates back on.
After that was done, I fiddled around with a couple of miscellaneous items that were pointed out to me from our A&P's like the cotter pins on the engine mount bolts were too short, and my safety wire job on the alternator bolts was not service friendly, so I redid that. I like having all the guys look things over for me! Oh, I also took the prop off again to get it out of the way.
