I did some more research over the last few days, and found the FAR that states the flash rate of the strobes.  I *think* I had mine set too high at 100fpm because the tail strobe will be combined with the wing strobe at some angles.  The max for any combo visible is 180fpm, so I changed my flash rate pattern to 70fpm.  This way I can run all three strobes at the same time, rather than alternating the wings and tail.  This is well within the limit, and it still looks nice.

After that, I got back to working on the loose ends in the cockpit.  I ran both the magnetometer wiring, as well as the pitot tubing, to the back of the EFIS.

Here's the pitot connection on the Enigma, green tube-

The magnetometer wire connects with RCA jacks, just like the AHRS unit.  I saftied them with zip ties using a hole I drilled back when I put the panel together for just this reason (yellow arrow).  The digital camera made the plug look crooked...it's in there nice and straight.

And the last thing I did tonight was start the AOA routing.  Getting the tubing thru the wing was much easier than I thought it would be...

There are two lines that need to be run, but I stopped with just one for tonight.
