I started tonight by backriveting the other skin stiffeners in place, and made the trailing edge bend in that skin.  After that I started work on the spars A-403PP for each aileron.  I deburred the edges and lightening holes on both and labeled them top, bottom, inboard, and outboard.  The flange angles are different top and bottom by two degrees (according to my measurement).

I spent quite a bit of time searching around my shop for the .040 AL used to fab the spar reinforcement plates A-408, and almost gave up for the night when I happened to pull out the bin labeled fuel tank parts, and voila!  Whatever.  I didn't even know these were already cut close to the correct size.  Anyway, I made those...

...drilled 'em to the spars...

...and then drilled the aileron brackets (?) A-406-1 and A-407 to each spar to #12 for the bolts that hold them on.

Then everything was disassembled in order to deburr everything.
