Boring night of drilling holes...I drilled the holes in the attach bracket angles first. There are a couple on the smaller ones that get drilled in assembly later.
Then I made the F-631E plates by first cutting them out of .063 AL sheet stock, then I marked the drill grid and punched the intersections on each one.
Then they were drilled to 1/8".
Exciting, huh?
