Back and revived from a great Bahamas vacation!  I had quite a bit of catching up to do around the house, but I did get out to the garage this afternoon while Brit was training with Wiley and Yeager.

Still working on 'The List', I ran the conduit the entire length of the fuselage to the F-710 bulkhead.  I did have one hole to cut in the 706 bulkhead that I hadn't yet done, but after that, it slid right on thru!

At the F-704 entry...

Not the best view, but you can see it makes it's way thru the center tunnels to the 706 bulkhead...

Then back to the 710 bulkhead...

This is kind of a neat, unplanned picture.  I took it thru the aft deck, and it made it look like I had a lens cover on the camera or something.  Anyway, this is where the conduit will terminate.

After the wires come out of the conduit, I will route them to the left side of the 711 and 712 bulkheads, and run them thru snap bushings.  This affords the vertical stabilizer to come off if need be, without disconnecting the wiring run.

And out the 712...

Next I decided to go ahead and install the seat belt anchors and cables.  I think most leave these out until later because a couple of the top skin rivets might be a pain.  I'd rather deal with that with a small, thin bucking bar than have to spend any length of time back there with no air movement getting the nuts and bolts torque'd on these.

Here's a shot of the aft fuselage with pretty much everything done that needs to be done before the skins go on.

Then I just cleco'd the aft top skin back on for two reasons.  One, to get it out of the airplane parts storage room...I mean the guest bedroom...and two, to keep as much dust and bugs out of the fuselage as I can.

I've also started covering the fuselage with plastic after each session.  My shop seems to collect dust faster than...well...something...I don't know, never mind.
