I decided to break away from 'The List' for a bit, and get started on the canopy roll bar.  I started by cutting the access holes in the rear halves with a hole saw in the bandsaw.

Hole saws are really sweet cutters, and I'd HIGHLY recommend getting a set instead of using a fly cutter.

After deburring the holes, I started on the attach brackets for the roll bar.  A couple of these are made of some REALLY hefty angle!  I didn't get the holes drilled in the bigger brackets tonight, but did get most of the shaping done.

These are the F-631C & D angles, and the F-732D & E angles.
