Quick night tonight...I clamped the cabin heat cable to the engine mount (green arrow), and re-routed the fuel pump drain line. The line was running behind the mount tube pointed out in blue, but that would've been a problem with rubbing.
Then I made a heat shield for the fuel line to the carburetor. I went back and forth about this, and I think it's one of those better safe than sorry deals. Van's sells these for $11 plus the clamp for another couple bucks, but with as much scrap AL I have laying around, and a few extra clamps, this was easy to do.
This shot shows a better angle on the clearance of the shield to the pipe.
I hope to get some time in over the weekend, but it's filling up quickly...
