9/9/2006 I started today by inspecting all the rivets set the other day on the bottom left IB skin, and I did find one that needed to be hit a little more, and one that I drilled out due to it being too flat. My dad came over after that to help me rivet the rest of the bottom left IB inboard skin.
We did smile a couple of areas when setting these. I didn't realize that I had the skin tied at too sharp of a curve, and the rivet set wasn't setting perfectly flush with the skin. My fault, but they are on the bottom...When that was finished I broke away for some dinner, then came right back out to prep the outboard skin, which will get done tomorrow. I cleco'd it, drilled the skin to flap brace holes, deburred those, then drilled, deburred, and dimpled the rivet holes in the access hole (still have to dimple the holes to #8). It's tied to the ceiling and ready to go for tomorrow.
