I made it out to the hangar at 7am this morning...Jack and I were going to try to leave at about 7:30am to go to the Poplar Grove Illinois RV Gathering, but fog had us in a ground stop until it lifted. So, I had some time to work this morning. I got the carb heat cable secured with another clamp near the carb.
Then I put safety wire on the carb bowl bolts.
I also did a little head planning for what to do next...I think I'm going to continue with FWF stuff, and get the engine all wired up before moving back to external lighting, and finishing the cabin.
At about 9:30am, the fog had lifted, and Jack showed up to pick me up to head north about 110nm to Poplar Grove...pics here.
