The last week has been quite busy with getting our house ready to sell, and then a trip to Oshkosh and Madison for the weekend.  I did get a few minutes here and there to make the gussets for rib 2 and glue those on.  No pictures necessary for that.  I did take a couple of pics of how I am removing the staples from the gussets.  This is straight from EAA's Hints for Homebuilders video site.

Using a staple puller, pull up one side and move to the next one...

Then using a pair of end nippers to rock the staple out.

Moving ahead a bit today, I have the third rib in the jig with gussets stapled in place, rib 2 on the table with second side gussets glued, and rib 1 ready to go on the router.

The router table makes quick, easy work of smoothing the top and bottom of the rib...

All sides done, looks great!

I found today with three ribs in production at one time, that one plunge of epoxy and hardener work nearly perfectly to do the interior sticks, side one gussets for the rib in the jig, and side two gussets of the rib that just came out.  I had been wasting some epoxy with nothing more to do with it, but I think this system will work out great, as long as I have the time to do it...
